SportsCal.ai does not require an account to browse schedules or subscribe to a calendar. We collect basic, non-identifying usage data such as pages viewed and calendars added, so we know which schedules to prioritize and keep current.

If you contact us or submit a schedule, we receive the information you choose to send — typically your name, email address and the details of your team or organization.

To operate and improve the service: keeping schedules accurate, fixing reported issues, responding to messages, and understanding overall usage. We do not sell personal information.

When you subscribe to a SportsCal calendar feed, your calendar application periodically requests the schedule file. We can see that a feed was requested; we cannot see the rest of your calendar.

We use only the storage necessary to run the site and measure aggregate usage. If we later introduce technologies requiring consent, we will add cookie preferences here.

Sponsorship on SportsCal is a static credit line. Sponsors do not receive personal information about individual visitors.
